To say that Nicole and her team are amazing is an understatement! I had never used a travel agent before and always like to plan and book trips myself! Nicole made me feel comfortable from day 1! Her communication was incredible! After booking we spoke numerous times leading up to our trip! She kept me updated with everything and had a trip itinerary for me as well! During our trip she checked in with me multiple times and even included my son in communication as well! She took away the travel stresses and I was able to just show up and enjoy our trip! An Alaska Cruise was on my wife’s bucket list for a while, and I really never thought we would get to do it. During our trip I encountered a small medical need before and at the onset of the cruise.
